Get dual-function sanding at the same workstation with the JSG-6DCK, 6-Inch x 48-Inch Belt / 12-Inch Disc Sander with Open Stand. The 6 x 48-inch belt-driven sander lets you smooth stock down to a precise thickness and then move to a 12-inch disc sander to shape and smooth smaller surfaces and curves. The 1 1/2 hp motor on the Jet JSG-6DC sander powers both the belt and disc. The top-facing belt sander is adjustable from level to both 45 and 90 degrees, providing 3-way sanding functionality. It locks with dual thumbscrews to keep the sanding belt on track. The Jet belt and disc sander comes with two machine-engineered cast-iron work surfaces, each with tilt functionality for mitering operations. An extra-strength steel stand provides operating stability, and the work tables have handles so you can easily carry the workstation to different job areas. The Jet sander has a 4-inch outlet so it can be hooked up to an accessory dust collection unit.
